About US
Welcome to Divine Designs by Light-Coffee! We offer a variety of customized and personalized items, such as t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tank tops, canvas bags, table cloth, and much more. We customize these items using full color digital printing, vinyl cut & press printing, sublimation, and rhinestones. So, whatever you imagine and desire, Divine Designs by LC will make it Divine (happen).
Custom Designs
There is a custom design and special order deposit and setup fee that is non-refundable.
The setup fee is waived on orders of 50 or more per design. We require a deposit of 50% of the total of your order before creating any artworks, digital images, or proofs.
The estimated turnaround time for custom designs is 7-10 working days.
All custom orders are final. No exchanges, refunds, or design changes are allowed once the artwork has been approved.
Custom designs will not be publicly shared or promoted by Divine Designs by LC LLC without buyers' agreement.
Shipping & Delivery
You can place your order online, and we can ship it directly to you!
Divine Designs by LC ships Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Priority mail delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed, and it could take up to 10 business days to be delivered.
Divine Designs by LC is not responsible and rejects any claims of lost sales, lost revenue, income, or profit potential due to shipping delays or package misplacement for any reasons whatsoever.
An email with the tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your package has been handed off to the selected carrier. If you do not receive this information, please send us an email at divinedesignsbylc@gmail.com, and we will reply with the tracking information. You can follow up directly with the selected shipping carriers using your package tracking number through the links below.
